These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the plumbing services provided by Frosty Plumbing Co. ("we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you", "your"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide professional, certified plumbing services including bathroom maintenance, design and renovation; general plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations; heating system work and power flushing; and unvented hot water cylinder servicing. We serve homes and businesses across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas, including Biggleswade, Dunstable, Harpenden, Flitwick, Luton, St Albans, Milton Keynes, Woburn, Aspley Guise, Silsoe and Shefford.
Because every job varies, we do not display fixed prices on our website. All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us. A quote is an estimate unless agreed otherwise in writing. If, during the course of a job, additional work is required that was not foreseeable at the time of quoting, we will discuss the additional cost with you before proceeding.
Appointments are agreed by mutual arrangement. Emergency call-outs are accepted 7 days a week, subject to availability. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out charge.
All work is carried out to current UK regulations by NVQ Level 2/3 qualified, G3 unvented certified and fully insured plumbers. We take pride in our workmanship and will put right, free of charge, any defect arising solely from faulty workmanship, provided it is reported to us within a reasonable period and the work has not been altered, tampered with or damaged by others.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, accurate information about the job, and to ensure the site is safe for our team to work on. You are responsible for any fixtures, fittings or belongings that may be affected by the work unless we have agreed otherwise.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance. For larger projects we may agree staged payments. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late payment may incur additional charges.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, our liability for any single claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the work carried out.
